For a child of God, prayer must be continual—that is, at every moment throughout the day, even at night, because it is done through the Spirit.
Whenever you remember the existence of God—His power and His strength—also tell Him your needs through supplication, for He delights in this and He listens to our prayers.
His Word exhorts us to do this with perseverance, because God answers our prayers according to His sovereignty—and yet, He truly answers .

Pray also for others, for in doing so, you are doing the work of God. And the one who prays for others is the first spiritual beneficiary of that prayer .
In the presence of God, there is peace and assurance.
