Joshau 24:15
2026-02-27
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

With this verse, God challenges a parent who thinks that letting their children serve God is the last thing they can do in their life, and that what they do for them is enough for their future.
The reality of the world is quite different, dear parents.
They are mistaken, for those who have let their children serve God since the beginning of time do not regret it today, starting with Abraham. Look at the fruits of his offspring in the world (the story is long).

There are parents who invested in their children, and in the prime of their lives, they saw them leave this world, or become the opposite of what they had planned for them.

Leading your children away from the word of God is unknowingly preparing their misfortunes, despite all that you invest in them. - Since ancient times, reality has proven to us that one can serve God and receive a hundredfold on earth, as people love. But the present age tries to convince us that God's work is reserved only for the uneducated, which is false.

- Guiding one's children on the path of salvation is a great inheritance that can provide them with everything in the future (we know of prominent families of political figures who possessed vast material wealth but are now disappearing).

- The Holy Spirit calls parents to send their children to serve God in one way or another, to encourage them to seek God's face, because the future they are preparing for them is not theirs (the parents'), but God's.
